Situation
TMS had a lot of leases and debt on their books. In order to properly grow the company and service the influx of customers that were coming through their doors, the Company was looking to consolidate all their debt at a lower rate and obtain some additional working capital to purchase additional trailers to expand their business operations.
Solution
Alantes secured a $270,000 Small Business Administration (“SBA”) term loan to pay off the current debt on the business and to purchase additional trailers with the working capital funds. “Securing this facility really sets the stage for us to grow the company to the next stage.
