Renee Volaric

Renee Volaric serves as Managing Director of Alantes Corporate Finance, LLC. She spearheads the overall operations and growth of the business and oversees the firm’s strategic and business development with financing transactions, advisory services, capital raises, underwriting solutions and expansion efforts. She brings over 18 years of experience in the financial services/investment banking field with senior positions at numerous prestigious firms throughout the industry.

Prior to Alantes, Renee opened and ran the New York office for a West Coast based Private Investment Bank where she was responsible for all aspects of the firm’s debt and equity business development, advisory services, client negotiations, structuring of financing solutions, and in-house underwriting. Previously she served as Director at RB Milestone Group, LLC, where she managed the firm’s full client list of foreign public companies, creating and executing their Investor Relations and Public Relations strategies in the U.S. She also served as a Director at Ernst Capital Partners, where she was responsible for assisting foreign public companies within the natural resources and alternative energy sectors in achieving an active US Exchange listing and for increasing their North American visibility and market presence with institutional investors. Before her appointment at Ernst Capital Partners, Renee worked as Director of Institutional Sales at Lord Abbett & Co. and was Marketing Manager at Dalton, Greiner, Hartman & Maher. Prior to this, she spent eight years with Hartland & Co., an independent national investment consulting firm.

Renee graduated cum laude from Ursuline College, where she received her Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Finance and Marketing. She holds Series 7 and 63 registrations with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
