William Mike Brothers

Mike Brothers serves as Vice President of Alantes Corporate Finance, LLC. He is headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Mike brings decades of experience managing, sourcing and developing business relationships in the financial sector. He will be a critical member of the Alantes’ client expansion efforts in the Dallas region as well as nationwide.

Prior to joining Alantes, Mike served as Vice President and Director for Crown Energy Group Ltd, a firm that specialized in marketing cutting-edge technology and equipment designed to captured hydrocarbon liquids and other drilling/geological processes. In addition, Mike managed and oversaw all aspects of the capital raises for Crown.

Mike also owned and managed Cross Timbers Companies. Cross Timbers sourced financing and capital raises for companies, primarily throughout the Southwest. Prior to this, Mike was Assistant to the President for a publically traded exploration and development company. As such he was responsible for the company’s regulatory filings as well as shareholder relations and capital raises. Mike also served as the Southwest Regional VP for Heilbroner and Associates. Heilbroner sourced a relatively wide variety of financing solutions for its clients

Mike is a superior communicator and engenders confidence with all clients. He has dealt successfully with company executives, firm owners, board of directors and professionals alike. He graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce.
