Kenneth Dotson

Kenneth Dotson serves as Managing Partner of Alantes Corporate Finance, LLC. He co-founded the firm along with Jason Hong.

Prior to founding Alantes Corporate Finance, Kenneth was deeply involved in the investment banking and commercial banking world with focuses in underwriting, capital markets, special assets and business development. He has held Analyst, Senior Associate and Vice President positions across prestigious firms such as Union Bank, Bank of America, & Sonoma Bank. His success speaks for itself with over $75M in funding closed over the duration of his career across various industries in the lower middle market.

Kenneth graduated with his Bachelors and Masters of Business Administration from Dominican University of California. He is also an active avid supporter of the Waggytail Dog Rescue organization amongst other charitable organizations.
