R. Connor Winn

R. Connor Winn serves as Vice President at Alantes Corporate Finance where he works alongside the partners of the firm. Connor is responsible for managing existing client relationships as well as continuously developing new opportunities and growing the firm’s book of business.

Prior to joining Alantes Corporate Finance, Connor Winn was a Director of Investment Sales at both B6 Real Estate Advisors and One Commercial Realty Services where he focused on Investment Sales in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Connor provided clients with full-service commercial real estate counsel specializing in the evaluation, marketing and sales execution of exclusive listings.

Also having previous experience with Coldwell Banker Commercial as Director he has represented tenants throughout Manhattan where he oversaw real estate transactions including lease review, financial analysis and negotiating lease extensions on his client’s behalf. Mr. Winn brings a holistic view of the New York metropolitan real estate market.

Connor studied at NYU School of Professional Studies Schack Institute of Real Estate as well as Santa Barbara City College.
