Situation
Looking to acquire the Castaways Bar and Grill and merge it with its current operations, Eddie Santiago, the owner, needed financing in order to fully purchase the assets and ownership of the bar. With an already operating and successful restaurant in the area, Eddie needed to a credit facility with a lender that would appreciate his expertise and track record and could help him and the Tavern team grow another location and offer their exquisite offering of food and drinks to the downtown Orlando area.
Solution
