The team includes the original architects and engineers of the current Department of Homeland Security DMVPN One NET WAN, Policy Enforcement Points and TIC (1.0 & 2.0) that was used as a model for the MTIPS providers.
Situation
MTC approached Alantes seeking to acquire one of its competitors and look to become more vertically integrated. The acquisition needed to be done in a timely manner and appropriately structured so that there would be working capital for integration.
Solution
Alantes secured a scalable $3,500,000 AR Line of Credit and a $3,250,000 Small Business Administration Term Loan. The subject financing allowed the company to refinance existing debt, and successfully complete a strategic acquisition of a competitor. “Working through the process with Alantes was very efficient,” said Joshua Rabinowitz, the Company’s CEO. “The financing secured will be pivotal in allowing the company to successfully complete integration of our newly acquired assets.
