The team includes the original architects and engineers of the current Department of Homeland Security DMVPN One NET WAN, Policy Enforcement Points and TIC (1.0 & 2.0) that was used as a model for the MTIPS providers.
Situation
Following its successfully completed acquisition, MTC approached Alantes seeking to acquire owner occupied real estate. The acquisition opportunity was crucial because it would allow the company to recapture rent expense and have additional cash flow due to tenant leases for spaces it was not occupying.
Solution
Alantes secured a $5,300,000 real estate term loan which was used to acquire the target property.
