Situation
The Company approached Alantes with two request, refinance existing high-cost debt that the company had accumulated over the course of COVID-19 and the company needed financing to acquire real estate which they were currently leasing.
Solution
Alantes secured a $1,400,000 Small Business Administration term loan and a $590,000 Small Business Administration term loans that allowed the Company to refinance some of their existing high-cost debt and acquire the target real estate.
