The company owns and manages 20 health care facilities across Michigan, most notably under the brand name SKLD+.
Situation
Illuminate Management approached Alantes during a period of hyper growth and had outgrown their current commercial lending credit facility. IM was rapidly approaching the institutional lending maximum and needed to transition to a facility that offered more availability and had scalability features.
Solution
Alantes secured a $16,500,000 global credit facility which was secured by the company’s current assets.
