Situation
The Company needed additional funds in order to complete construction on an additional cabin for their lodge. With all additional funds needed in order to maintain operations and payroll, Alexander Lake Lodge and the team needed additional working capital in order to build out more cabins and remodel the entire lodge for the upcoming rush of customers for the future seasons.
Solution
Alantes secured a $1,950,000 term loan based on the company’s existing lodge and operations and was able to procure funds to complete the construction of the additional cabins.
