Situation

CIP found themselves in a precarious situation when the term of their existing real estate loan expired and they had not secured a refinance. In addition, there was not sufficient working capital in the company to simply pay the mortgage off. CIP needed to quickly find a refinance solution so that company’s continued growth would not be strained.

Solution
