Situation
Two years ago, Alantes secured a short real estate bridge loan in order to take out the original lender. While high in cost and short in term, Alantes had originally intended to replace this facility that was on CIP’s books. The monthly payments of the original facility were preventing the company from building up sufficient working capital. CIP needed to find a refinance solution in order to transition into a more stable and lower cost facility for future growth.
Solution
Alantes secured a longer term and lower cost $1,300,000 real estate term loan in order to replace the existing bridge real estate loan. “We happy to have been able to successfully secure this refinance.” said CIP’s President Michael Mathias. “The longer term of the facility and the lower cost of financing really allows us to operate a little more freely and have the working capital to expand some of the other operations in our pipeline.
