Alantes Corporate Finance (“Alantes”) worked closely with the leadership team at CSL to arrange a $1,000,000 Small Business Administration Term Loan facility. The financing not only allowed the company to refinance prior debt under more favorable terms but also provided additional working capital to further scale its training programs and strategic initiatives.
