Carrot Top Designs had previously secured a 504 loan through another lender, but the loan was structured improperly—ultimately creating avoidable cash flow pressure on the business. The company needed a restructured financial solution that could correct the original loan’s flaws while also injecting short-term relief to support ongoing operations and growth..
